About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Specialty Artist to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth in the MAC brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales in the MAC brand by engaging guests, assisting with product selection, and maintaining store standards.
  • Represent the image, products, and culture of Ulta Beauty and the MAC brand to guests and support the Experience Manager in achieving sales and service goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, brand partners, and store associates to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, trends, and industry developments to provide expert advice and recommendations to guests.
  • Collaborate with managers and associates to achieve sales and service goals, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology or demonstrator license preferred.
  • Experience in cosmetics artistry or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to positively handle guest concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
