Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with their beauty needs, providing expert advice and guidance on products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and needs.
- Support other associates with product knowledge and closing sales when appropriate.
- Utilize technology tools and client resources to establish, develop, and maintain client relationships.
- Help manage stock and communicate any opportunities with selling trends and out of stock/overstocked merchandise.
- Communicate with the sales manager and vendor all customer feedback relating to the vendors products.
- Maintain visual standards of the vendor and the store.
- Work with the stores visual team as needed to ensure area is properly merchandised.
- Maximize relationships to ensure successful planning and execution of events.
- Knowledgeable in developing a clientele base and possess strong sales, customer service, merchandising and organizational skills.
- Product knowledge and consultation experience required.
- Motivated with a proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Exceptional with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
- Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
