Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Autism Therapist to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a Senior Autism Therapist, you will be responsible for providing support and care to children with autism and behavioral differences. You will work closely with our clinical services team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed expectations
  • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues
  • Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional standards
  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification. You should also possess proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans, as well as a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
