Additionally, you will mentor aspiring behavior analysts and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues to set the bar high in terms of adherence to BACB professional standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and exceed expectations
  • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts and technician teams
  • Collaborate with colleagues to set the bar high in terms of adherence to BACB professional standards

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
  • Possession of strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. Field of Talent offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Additionally, up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus may be offered to qualified candidates.
