Dimension Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol Hotel Premises: Conduct regular patrols of hotel lobbies, corridors, and public rooms to detect and prevent potential security threats.
- Enforce Rules and Regulations: Ensure that all guests and employees are aware of and comply with hotel policies and procedures.
- Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents such as theft, vandalism, and disturbances.
- Provide Assistance: Offer assistance to guests and employees in emergency situations, including providing first aid and filing accident reports.
- Collaborate with Management: Work closely with hotel management and security teams to identify and address potential security risks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: None required, but prior experience in a security role is preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Security Officer certification is preferred.
The Security Officer must be able to:
- Speak and Hear in English: Communicate effectively with guests and employees.
- Close and Distance Vision: Perform tasks that require visual attention.
- Frequently Lift/Carry up to 25 lbs: Perform tasks that require physical effort.
The Security Officer will be paid $15.00 per hour and will receive excellent benefits, including health insurance, paid vacation, and retirement savings.
