As a Convenience Store Lead, you will play a vital role in achieving our sales and profit goals by effectively directing and supervising all activities of the stand-alone Quick Stop and its associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise all activities of the Quick Stop and its associates in the absence of the Quick Stop Manager.
  • Ensure that the work shifts of all department associates contribute to the financial best interest of the store.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Relevant experience preferred, proficiency developed through work experience and on-the-job training
Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
