**Key Responsibilities**

  • Project Management: Manage pre-sold jobs from template to installation, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Meet with contractors and customers at our office, providing a world-class showroom experience and building strong relationships.
  • Quote and Estimate Preparation: Prepare and submit accurate quotes and estimates to customers, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Documentation and Administration: Review and sign all documentation with customers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing prompt solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Post-Installation Follow-up: Conduct post-installation follow-up with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**

  • Proven sales and business development experience in the stone fabrication industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors and customers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
