Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, mentor, and guide the construction services team, managing tasks such as painting, snow removal, landscaping, and general construction activities. Regularly collaborate with the project manager to assess objectives and step in as needed for HOA operations. Ensure that all projects align with HOA standards through thorough quality inspections and adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
  • Evaluate departmental and project budgets, providing valuable insights to the project manager.
  • Maintain effective communication with the project manager and property owners, participating in weekly meetings and delivering clear progress updates.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by performing tasks such as scraping, sanding, and removing loose paint. Ensure the correct usage and upkeep of painting tools while working at heights up to 32 feet. Safeguard surrounding areas from paint damage, collaborate with the painting team to meet deadlines, and continuously enhance skills in construction and painting trades.
  • Operate hand and mechanical snow removal equipment as required.
  • Conduct various landscaping tasks, including installation, irrigation, and maintenance using both hand and mechanical tools.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in construction supervision.
