- Participate in supervision with the Customer Service Director and SDA Department, staying informed and contributing to decision-making.
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft tools, with a strong emphasis on customer service software.
- Three years' experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Three years' experience in supervision of customer service providers, with a focus on team leadership and development.
