Job Summary

The Customer Service Supervisor is a key role within our organization, responsible for overseeing a team of Customer Service Representatives who provide exceptional service to clients and internal customers at Horizons Mental Health Services. This individual ensures that the team delivers outstanding access, integration, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service Representatives, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Delegate or provide coverage for absent team members, maintaining continuity and quality of service.
  • Approve timesheets and absence requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Co-sign progress notes for new employees, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Participate in program operations, contributing to the development and implementation of service delivery strategies.
  • Participate in the hiring process and training of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to agency standards.
  • Participate in supervision with the Customer Service Director and SDA Department, staying informed and contributing to decision-making.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft tools, with a strong emphasis on customer service software.
  • Three years' experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years' experience in supervision of customer service providers, with a focus on team leadership and development.
