The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a high-level manager or executive in a nonprofit setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement communications strategies set by the Development Director, including creating social media content and maintaining updated content on the corps' website.
  • Organize and implement all written and electronic components of the donor stewardship plan set by the Development Director.
  • Assist with drafting and managing email communications with the Advisory Board and donors.
  • Set up all digital fundraising platforms for various campaigns and special events.
  • Manage the Development Director's schedule for donor asks and community speaking engagements.
  • Provide administrative support during special events and fundraising campaigns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years experience as Executive Assistant to a high-level manager or executive in a nonprofit setting.
