Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from initial design to construction completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design aspirations and requirements.
  • Prepare architectural construction documents and create 3D visualizations.
  • Develop and present design concepts to clients for their approval.
  • Research and select suitable materials and systems that meet project goals.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any challenges.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in architecture to deliver cutting-edge design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Valid Architecture License.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
  • Capability to manage various projects and meet established deadlines.
  • Familiarity with design specifications is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
