Job Description
As a Restaurant Operations Leader, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting your team in serving our customers Fresh, Quality Wendy's menu items. You'll focus on the successful operation of the entire restaurant, building and maintaining a positive atmosphere where team members enjoy coming to work and delivering outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include finding, hiring, and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation, and developing the training plan for each member of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Finding, hiring, and developing employees to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Conducting new hire orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Developing the training plan for each member of the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Scheduling and deploying the team correctly to ensure optimal coverage and productivity
- Addressing performance issues promptly and effectively to ensure high-quality service
- Assisting in the resolution of customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Leading the team to achieve our People, Customer Service, and financial targets
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
A track record of people development and a positive attitude
Previous General Manager experience or at least 3 years of Manager or Supervisor experience in a restaurant required
