Senior SailPoint Architect

Blue Streak Partners, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior SailPoint Architect to join our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) squad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing best-in-class Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop IAM services using SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ.
  • Implement automation and advanced technology solutions to achieve operational excellence and enable faster decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Agile groups to devise, construct, assess, roll out, and maintain technologically advanced IAM systems.
  • Stay on top of IAM trends, explore fresh technologies, and participate in technology-based groups.
  • Drive the implementation of best engineering practices and create successful design models.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IGA with functional knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow/IQ or Oracle Identity Governance.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing IGA services using SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Familiar with good service delivery practices to ensure compliance with SDLC, Change Management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of data model development and use of MS PowerBI to create self-service reporting capabilities to meet business and compliance needs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Linux server operating systems.
  • Ability to partner with IT and business teams on issues, escalations, and support transitions.
  • Ability to advise on secure IAM practices for both technical and business audiences.
