Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Room Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Check for dust, debris, proper bed-making, and cleanliness of bathrooms and amenities.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Review the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
  • Housekeeping Staff Supervision: Oversee the work of housekeeping attendants to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to standards. Provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in guest rooms or public areas to the maintenance department. Keep accurate records of inspections, including areas needing improvement.

Qualifications

Working Conditions
