  • Boost profitability by optimizing sales and implementing promotional offers

  • Contribute to the creation and documentation of standard operating procedures as necessary
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Completion of accredited training in service advisory skills, customer relations, and quality assurance
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong focus and ability to complete tasks amidst distractions
  • Effective multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in the use of computers and business equipment
