Job OverviewAs a State Farm Agent Team Member for Tou Lee - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance. Your primary responsibility will be to use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. You will also be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a competitive salary, commission/bonus, health benefits, paid time off, and valuable experience. Requirements include sales experience, a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, and a passion for helping people manage the risks of everyday life. A Property and Casualty license is also required, and you must be able to obtain it. If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
