About the PositionPennybyrn is seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading nursing staff, and promoting a culture of excellence within our community.

As a Charge Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, each with unique needs and challenges. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Lead nursing staff and promote a culture of excellence

Requirements
  • RN or LPN licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • At least 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $29 - $32 per hour (RNs) / $24 - $28 per hour (LPNs)
  • Shift differentials: $1.50 for Weekend 1st shift, $2.00 for Weekday 2nd and 3rd shifts, $3.50 for Weekend 2nd and 3rd shifts
