  • Handle all incoming internet inquiries and phone leads
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, providing industry knowledge and expertise
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources
  • Deliver inquiries/messages to other sales personnel and departments promptly
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented mentality, with a desire to improve
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and closing percentages
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the USA
  • Spanish speaker is a plus
