Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with customers, suppliers, and other Boeing teams to provide certification support for interior systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead activities to plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
- Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to lead activities to plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
- Lead analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture, considering factors such as affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other quality factors.
- Develop, maintain, and identify improvements to the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 10+ years' experience working with commercial payloads systems and/or interiors.
- 10+ years of experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with customers, suppliers, and/or vendors.
- Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Proven experience as a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills, and a focus on translating technically complex issues into simple, easy-to-understand concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience leading projects through the design and initial implementation phases with handoffs to production installations.
- Experience with Military or Commercial Derivative Aircraft.
- Experience with delivery and certification processes, working with FAA regulations, and Regulatory Administration.
- Experience working across multiple business units and/or complex organizations.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $157,250 - $212,750.
