Water Restoration Technician Job Description

At Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, we're seeking a highly skilled Water Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High level performance of water mitigation services under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck.
  • Being accessible by phone and participating in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assisting in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.

Requirements:
  • Dedication to customer service and a strong work ethic.
  • Fluency in English and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently and work nights/weekends and overtime if needed.
