Key Responsibilities
  • Verify invoices and charge expenses to accounts and cost centers
  • Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Work with internal customers to resolve any questions or concerns
  • Perform month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and variance explanations
  • Complete special projects as assigned to support the overall success of the department
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business, or similar program
  • 1-3 years of verifiable work experience managing payables
  • Aptitude for learning and operating multiple computer systems, including Microsoft Office and various accounting systems
  • Hands-on experience managing company payables
  • Able to analyze, model, and interpret data
  • Experienced with combining large volumes of data for consolidated reporting
