As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Little Caesars, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to achieve sales growth and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with our marketing team to promote our brand and products
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally allowed to work in the United States
- Be able to perform daily beginning or end of day paperwork
- Have availability to open, close, and work mid-shifts
- Be able to lift 55 pounds
- Be able to work with 600-degree ovens
- Be able to follow directions and direct others
- Be able to process customer orders, including counting money
