About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Unit Manager at our Buffalo, NY facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
  • Mentor and educate nursing staff to enhance their clinical and leadership skills
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Represent the unit's interests and concerns to upper-level management
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New York
  • 3+ years of long-term care experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities
