Job Title: Warranty & Logistics Coordinator

Velocity Restorations is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless vehicle shipments and efficient warranty claim management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and verify shipping schedules to ensure all vehicles are prepared and loaded out on time for delivery to customers and event staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warranty claims, including customer information, vehicle details, parts identification, and claim status.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their delivery options and provide timely updates on the status of their vehicles and warranty claims.
  • Analyze warranty claim trends and costs, providing insights and reports to management for informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with the quality control team to identify recurring part defects and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability.
  • Negotiate shipping rates with carriers and freight forwarders to minimize costs while maintaining high service standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance shipping processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a logistics role
  • Experience working with a CRM and project-management software
  • QuickBooks knowledge is preferred
