Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at FirstService Residential. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and ensuring the smooth operation of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and service providers.
  • Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling mail and packages, and responding to emergency situations.
  • Monitor and control access to the building, including operating electronic security control systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including daily reports and incident reports.
  • Respond to resident complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
