  • Utilize data analytics to uncover improvement opportunities and support strategic choices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Forecasting, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to leverage business opportunities and boost profitability.
  • Incorporate safety and sustainability principles into all supply chain operations.

  • Work alongside New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to facilitate successful product rollouts.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 - 10 years of experience in supply chain management with a demonstrated history of success.
  • Strong background in procurement.
  • Experience in leading and developing a regional supply chain team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SIOP, inventory management, and procurement best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Proven capability to collaborate effectively across various departments and establish strong relationships.
  • A commitment to efficiency, cost management, and ongoing improvement.
