Innova Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate I to support necropsy activities in the Pathology Group of Safety Assessment.
Key Responsibilities- Record scientific observations during gross examinations
- Excise, weigh, and fixate tissues during necropsy
- Maintain study records and quality control work
- Coordinate study logistics and execute pathology sample logistics for non-clinical studies
- Perform laboratory setup, LIMS data entry, and pre-clinical sample handling and shipping preparation
- BS degree in animal sciences or similar field with 1-2 years of experience
- AALAS certification desired
- Strong technical skills, interpersonal communication, oral and written, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift at least 15 lbs and work in a fast-paced team environment

Pay range: $30 - $33 per hour.
