Contract Administrator

Central Minority Maintenance LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. This part-time position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to assist with contract administration. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for developing contract proposals, researching solicitations, writing contract letters and notices, attending meetings, creating status reports, and maintaining contract records.
Responsibilities:
Developing contract proposals and researching solicitations
Writing contract letters and notices
Attending meetings and taking detailed notes
Creating regular status reports regarding progress on projects
Corresponding daily/weekly with Contracting Officers and Contracting Officers Representatives
Maintaining contract records, monitoring contract performance and scope of work
Assisting with subcontractors
Responsible for the administration of contracts
Monitoring the status of jobs - tracking deadlines to ensure all work is on schedule and compliance
Performing other duties when required
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to meet specific deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and have excellent time management skills
- Degree in Business Administration or related field highly preferred
- Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
- Previous experience working with contracts strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Able to work independently as well as a team
Benefits:
This part-time position offers flexible hours, Monday through Friday.
The salary for this position is $45,000 per year.
