Position Overview: The Healthcare Account Executive plays a pivotal role in enhancing territory growth and profitability through effective laboratory sales. This position emphasizes service excellence and issue resolution, working closely with Physician Account Executives to foster a collaborative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess service, logistics, and supply needs of accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
  • Drive growth initiatives within assigned Key Accounts.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling in collaboration with Physician Account Executives.
  • Work alongside Physician Account Executives to address and resolve account-specific service challenges.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Solutions Group to prioritize and resolve customer service inquiries.
  • Escalate unresolved service issues as necessary.
  • Utilize available tools and resources, including data analytics and marketing support, to enhance sales efforts.
  • Provide ongoing education to clients regarding new technologies and laboratory testing options.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Complete all administrative responsibilities in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with Physician Account Executives and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of three to four years in sales or account management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare sector, particularly in laboratory diagnostics and business economics.
  • Skills: Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, alongside exceptional planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
