Role Overview

MetaPhase Consulting is actively engaged in supporting various divisions through the planning, performance, budget, and execution processes. We are currently seeking a Senior Budget Management Analyst with a minimum of five years of relevant experience and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Monthly Measurement Reporting Process (ITAR).
  • Manage two key measurement outcomes: the number of ITARs reviewed and the total funding allocated for that month's ITARs.
  • Facilitate stakeholder reporting and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the CISA CIO to assess Statements of Work (SOWs) for procurement compliance with ITAR requirements.
  • Review Statements of Objectives (SOOs) and SOWs, providing recommendations for enhancements and tracking successes.
Qualifications
  • At least five years of direct experience in budget execution, formulation, management, or the PPBE process.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding communication skills and the ability to navigate challenges with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience with federal budgeting is essential.
  • Familiarity with ITARs is preferred (training will be provided).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar software.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen (No 1099 arrangements).
Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

No travel is required for this role.

Educational Background

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.

Security Clearance

Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance is necessary; U.S. Citizenship is required (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
