Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, repair, and ensure the functionality and safety of medical equipment, including routine inspections and preventive maintenance on various biomedical devices.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare staff to support patient care through reliable technology.
- Perform quality control checks and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of recent experience as a Biomedical Technologist.
- Preferred Experience: Training or experience with Phillips, GE, and Welch Allyn equipment.
- Education/Certification: Associate's Degree in BioMedical Sciences, Military BioMed schooling, or CBET certification if the candidate doesn't hold a degree or military equivalency.
