Key Responsibilities:
The role involves assisting stakeholder engagement professionals by crafting engagement strategies, mapping stakeholders, developing outreach plans, organizing community briefings, conducting webinars, creating informational materials, and performing stakeholder evaluations. Specific duties may encompass:
- Conducting thorough research and analysis on energy-related initiatives
- Investigating subjects related to clean energy demonstration initiatives
- Evaluating stakeholder perspectives and identifying trends
- Gathering data to assess the effectiveness of engagement efforts
- Producing reports, presentations, and various documents for clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with large-scale clean hydrogen projects, non-governmental organizations, and energy sector entities
- Understanding of U.S. Department of Energy initiatives
- Strong passion for clean energy topics such as hydrogen hubs, carbon management, advanced nuclear, and sustainable energy solutions
- Must reside in the USA
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident due to client engagement requirements
- Must not be restricted by prior employment agreements that hinder job performance
- This position is hybrid, requiring attendance at the office up to three days a week
- Willingness to travel as necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Preference for candidates residing within a reasonable distance from the office
