Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair budgets through regular site assessments and maintenance management systems.
- Supervise the upkeep of numerous ALDI locations within your designated area.
- Collaborate with operational teams and leadership to make impactful decisions regarding facility management.
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

Geographical Coverage:
This role encompasses a wide area, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Essential Competencies:

- Environmental Health and Safety Certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Work may occur in various environments, including office settings and store locations.
- Regularly required to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving.
- May involve climbing and working in diverse temperature conditions.

Travel Requirements:
This position necessitates regular travel to various store locations within the designated area.
