We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Match Grant Case Manager to join our team as a Match Grant Intern. This limited-term internship is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of newly arrived refugees.

Job Summary:
The Match Grant Case Manager will work closely with the Match Grant Team to administer the Match Grant program, providing direct assistance with resumes, applications, interviews, and job offer paperwork. This role requires exceptional administrative and organizational skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Match Grant Case Specialists and Supervisor in administering the Match Grant program
• Provide direct assistance with resumes, applications, interviews, and job offer paperwork
• Support the facilitation of training workshops on topics such as LinkedIn, interviewing skills, networking, and advanced resume and cover letter writing
• Maintain database with current case and Gift-In-Kind (GIK) data
• Collect and record donations in the community from private donors and through community partnerships

Requirements:
• Mature and personal Christian faith
• Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
• Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
• Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief's Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and National Evangelicals for the Health of The Nation document
• Desire to serve refugees in support of the overall mission of World Relief
• Exceptional organizational/time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at one time
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Self-motivated worker with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative and creativity
• Intermediate computer knowledge, including MS Office, and the ability to learn new programs (previous experience with databases desired)
• Dependable and consistent in attendance and performance
