Job Description

To ensure the successful delivery of projects, we are seeking a skilled Test Lead to oversee the testing effort and work plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in discussions with clients and teams to understand functional and design specifications, identify performance concerns, and develop automated test scripts.
  2. Develop and improve automated tests as new system features are developed, creating work plans and tracking schedules to meet quality standards.
  3. Create a reusable test automation framework, develop test strategies, and maintain test data to minimize project risks.
  4. Guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework, enhancing their technical capabilities and productivity.

Requirements:
