SAP S/4 Testing Lead Job Summary:

The IT Vision Group is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Testing Lead to lead a team of testers globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of 25+ testers in the preparation and execution of production integration test cycles and business simulation.
  2. Apply testing best practices and strategy defined by the Enterprise Test Leads in all test cycles and test activities.
  3. Present test plans and provide daily release status and metrics to executive leadership and release leadership.
  4. Ensure adherence to the defined project test deliverables and test schedule from PIT/BizSim/Regression/Performance/Operational Test preparation to execution and successfully closing the test cycles.
  5. Enable automation to optimize and accelerate test execution.
  6. Manage release blocking issues and escalate to leadership for help as needed.
  7. Work with OCM and leadership to prepare the release communication plan.
  8. Create and present all test cycle kick-offs.
  9. Plan and estimate testing resource capacity for all test cycles from system analysts to business testers.
  10. Host the daily E2E Test Leads meeting; provide guidance and address roadblocks.
  11. Drive and ensure the quality delivery of all Test Closure Memos for all testing activities.
  12. Engage in planning, issue resolution, and alignment with other release leaderships across the enterprises.
  13. Perform interviews for new Test Leads.
  14. Define metrics required for testing progress tracking.
  15. Act as a single point of escalation for all testing activities in the release.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in test leadership.
  • Experience in leading a large integrated testing team.
  • Ability to prepare and present clear and concise approaches and plans to executive leadership.
  • Experience in stakeholder management of business and IT senior leadership.
  • Expert knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly resolve release testing challenges from simple to complex.
  • Experience in SAP testing or SAP delivery.
  • Experience in test estimation using complex excel macros and formulas.
  • Experience in delivering presentations to a large audience.
  • Experience in the defect management process.
