We're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Geek Squad Services Agent. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional technology services to our customers, both in-store and in-home.
Key Responsibilities- Perform technology services, including home theater delivery and installation, computer repairs, and technical support.
- Build relationships with customers by providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Assess, test, and repair computers in-store, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, and paperwork, while providing feedback and training opportunities.
- Travel to customers' homes to perform basic delivery and installation services.
- Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- 3 months of delivery, installation, or computer troubleshooting experience.
- 3 months of customer service experience.
