Key Responsibilities:
  • Fielding incoming calls from sites and doctors where clinical trials are taking place
  • Looking out for alerts and contacting sites and doctors with any unusual test results
  • Query resolution for patient samples
  • Investigating issues, suggesting solutions, and resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer information
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Benefits:
  • W2 pay rate: $21 per hour

This is a remote opportunity with a flexible schedule, including a 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, with a Saturday shift required once every two months. The projected duration is 8 months, with potential for permanent placement.
