Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and needs.
  • Assist Housekeeping Attendants in preparing guest rooms efficiently, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain inventory in Housekeeping closets, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
  • Collect dirty linen, garbage, and recyclables from Room Attendants' carts and closets, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of tower closets and restrooms.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies, and report any necessary maintenance items to the maintenance team.

Requirements
  • Previous Housekeeping experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of responsibility and reliability.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision, and to focus attention on guest needs at all times.
Physical Demands

This position requires constant standing and walking throughout the shift, frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, and occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
