Entegee, a leading global staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top Engineering and IT project teams for our clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top Engineering and IT talent.
- Utilize networking tools, including CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Monster, to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen and evaluate job applicants, matching job openings with clients nationwide to resumes in the field.
- Coordinate interviews and assist with relocation of new hires.
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates, dealing with multiple clients daily.
- 3+ years of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or IT sourcing tools.
- Ability to consistently grow your recruiting network and book of business.
- Excellent time management skills, working a structured day.
- Ability to multitask and not get distracted.
- Strong communication, work ethic, and team collaborative skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- MS Office skills.
