We are seeking a dedicated Medical Support Professional to join our team, providing excellent customer service and supporting our staff in delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks.
- Prepare sterile equipment and supplies for procedures.
- Process prior authorizations and other administrative duties.
- Provide exceptional patient communication and support.
- 1-year experience as a Medical Assistant or graduate of a CMA program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
