Culinary Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Restaurant Management Leader to join our team at The Garfield Inn. As a leader in our kitchen, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing all back-of-house operations, managing inventory control, scheduling, and financial duties. A strong ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and analyze financial data is essential.

You will work closely with our management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and make strategic decisions to drive business growth. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000-$80,000, depending on experience.
