Key Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be involved in various operational tasks including:

  • Engaging in harvest processes such as preparation, drying, shelling, and unloading of products.
  • Executing a range of duties associated with plant, field, and warehouse operations that change with the seasons.
  • Monitoring automated machinery for functions like harvesting, conditioning, and packing.
  • Conducting product return and sorting tasks.
  • Participating in conditioning activities including sizing, packaging, and palletizing.
  • Performing field duties such as scouting and inspection.
  • Utilizing technology and computerized systems for task execution.
  • Carrying out warehouse functions including forklift operation and sample collection.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A High School Diploma/GED or a commitment to obtain a GED within twelve months of employment.
Essential Skills:

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:

  • Work in various conditions, including elevated areas and extreme temperatures.
  • Lift up to fifty pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Utilize technology effectively, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Multitask and maintain an organized workspace.
