About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team at Methuen Construction Company, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, ensuring the efficient use of resources and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, including procurement, engineering, and quality control.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project quality and safety.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, including job cost reports and labor production reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial construction experience, with a strong background in civil construction and site management.
  • Current licenses applicable to the trade, such as OSHA certification and hydraulic equipment operation licenses.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and project management.
