About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team at Methuen Construction Company, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, and backhoes, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and other team members, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial construction experience, with a strong background in excavation, piping, and heavy equipment operation.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current licenses applicable to the trade, including hydraulic equipment operation and/or hoisting licenses.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on construction-related courses.
