Our Labor and Delivery unit is a high-paced, high-energy environment specializing in Obstetrics and Mother Baby, Well Newborn Care, and Post Women's Surgical care. We have a state-of-the-art facility with 40-MB rooms, 15-LDR rooms, and 14-High Risk Antepartum beds. Our team includes Full-time Lactation Consultants who see both inpatients and outpatients.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring efficient utilization of available resources to meet productivity and financial goals
* Collaborating with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to communicate and improve processes across the continuum
* Proactively addressing patient flow and bed management issues
* Supervising a team of nurses to ensure high-quality patient care

**Requirements:**
* Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
* Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
* Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
* Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and other unit-specific certifications as required
