The Patient Services Coordinator III – Scheduler will provide administrative support to healthcare providers in a high-volume ambulatory setting, functioning as the primary interface between the patient and the providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize priorities and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Manage confidential patient information and maintain accurate records
- Schedule patient appointments, diagnostic testing, referrals, and other managed care related issues
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree required
- Front Desk/Scheduling experience
- EPIC experience required
- 2 years experience in a high-volume environment
