We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team at Next Step Healthcare. As a Clinical Liaison, you will be responsible for growing and developing patient referral efforts in Massachusetts, specifically the Fall River/New Bedford area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare sales and marketing, as well as strong communication skills. You will be responsible for marketing calls to referral sources, assessing and recruiting residents for admissions, and coordinating admissions with our facility team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow new referral opportunities
  • Act as liaison between facilities and referral sources
  • Convert referrals to new residents
  • Community outreach and relationship building
  • Coordinate admissions with facility team
  • Ensure admission documentation is completed accurately and timely

Requirements:

  • Healthcare Sales and Marketing experience
  • RN or LPN licensed in the State of Massachusetts
  • 3 years of experience in this type of role, preferred
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of various insurance methodologies, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care insurance
