We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team at Laurel Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of therapists to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Clinical Operations
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
- Quality Improvement
- Monitor and analyze patient outcomes and rehabilitation metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Master's degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy.
- Current licensure and/or registration in the state (as applicable).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a rehabilitation leadership role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
