Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our production facilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and to implement new technologies and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics and records, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a similar industry, preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production operations, including process control, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
